The investigation, led by Alex Spiro, found no evidence to support the serious allegations, though it did identify isolated incidents of workplace harassment and misconduct within the company. Since its launch in July, the accusations have claimed that Tyson engaged in inappropriate conduct with a young fan and sent inappropriate messages to the minor. In response, MrBeast opted for a thorough review to ensure transparency and accountability, enlisting Spiro’s firm to examine his company’s operations and employee conduct.

According to TMZ, Spiro’s law firm, Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, conducted 39 interviews with current and former employees and reviewed 4.5 million documents from sources including WhatsApp, Telegram, and Slack. The findings revealed no evidence linking MrBeast’s company or its employees to alleged grooming, pedophilia, or child exploitation, with suspected victims also refuting the claims.

Spiro noted that MrBeast’s rapid company growth could have contributed to inadequate procedures and policies to prevent misconduct. The company has taken measures to improve its internal structure to address these internal issues, including hiring a new CEO and General Counsel and drafting a detailed employee handbook to outline updated workplace policies.
