Yung Joc Reveals He Had An Opportunity To Perform At Kamala Harris Rally — Says It Was Canceled Due To Donald Trump Lyric • Hollywood Unlocked


Yung Joc recently revealed that he had an opportunity to perform at one of Kamala Harris’ rallies but received a phone call that it was cancelled. 

While speaking with Angela Yee during an interview on WayUpWithYee, Joc claimed that his performance was “shut down” because one of his lyrics in his 2006 hit song “It’s Goin Down.” If you recall, in the song, Yung Joc had a lyric where he shouted out Donald Trump where he said “Boys in the hood, call me black Donald Trump.” 

Even though the record was recorded years ago, Yung Joc admitted that he didn’t forget about the lyric but he also said when he performs it now, he doesn’t mention that bar. 

As we all know, Kamala Harris’ rallies were filled with tons of great performers, such as, Glorilla, Flomilli, Megan Thee Stallion and more. 

According to reports by Politico on Thursday, despite raising a huge amount during the 107-day-long campaign, the Harris campaign ended up at least $20 million in debt. Donation pages are still active, aiming to generate funds post-election to help cover the deficit.
