The talk show host and podcaster took to X to defend his decision to have his dog on his lap during the holiday meal, questioning why so many felt the need to comment on a celebration they weren’t part of.

When one person wrote, “You know no animals allowed on the table!!!,” Sharpe responded with, “At your house or mine?”
When another commenter suggested that dogs shouldn’t be allowed at the dinner table, Sharpe snapped back with, “What makes you think I’m going to allow you 2 tell me what I should do at my house?” before telling someone else that they have a one in an ‘octillion’ chance of ever eating with him.
