Fantasy football Week 13 inactives: Who's in and who's out?

Whom should you start? Whom should you sit? To help you set your fantasy football lineups and avoid starting an offensive player who won’t be in the lineup, we’ll post fantasy-relevant updates and analysis here as NFL teams release their official inactives lists. Any rankings cited in this column come from our ESPN Fantasy staff ranks.

Official Sunday inactives should begin coming in approximately 90 minutes before the scheduled kickoff times: around 11:30 a.m. ET for the early games and 2:30 p.m. for the late-afternoon games.

Refresh often for the latest information.

4 p.m. ET games

Ja’Tavion Sanders, TE, CAR: Neck — OUT
Impact: Adam Thielen and Xavier Legette should continue to post improved fantasy numbers.

Jalen Coker, WR, CAR: Quad — OUT
Impact: Tommy Tremble will handle most of the team’s TE duties.

Tyler Higbee, TE, LAR: Knee — OUT
Impact: It’s probably best to avoid replacements Davis Allen and Colby Parkinson.

Jamaal Williams, RB, NO: Groin — Questionable
Impact: Even if he suits up, the Saints may continue to use Taysom Hill out of the backfield.

DeVonta Smith, WR, PHI: Hamstring — Questionable
Impact: This is looking like it’s going to be a game-time call.

Johnny Wilson, WR, PHI: Hamstring — OUT
Impact: Jahan Dotson and perhaps also Ainias Smith will be called upon for extra action.

Sunday night game

Keon Coleman, WR, BUF: Wrist — Questionable
Impact: He was limited in practice, so it would be risky counting on him to play Sunday night.

Dalton Kincaid, TE, BUF: Knee — OUT
Impact: Dawson Knox gets the start and should be a go-to waiver pick for those in need.

Brock Purdy, QB, SF: Shoulder — Questionable
Impact: Brandon Allen will remain on alert, but Purdy is expected to play.

1 p.m. ET games

Emari Demercado, RB, ARI: Shoulder — Active
Impact: Trey Benson may still be ahead in the competition for backup carries behind James Conner.

Younghoe Koo, K, ATL: Hip — Active
Impact: Riley Patterson was promoted from the practice squad, but he is inactive. That’s good news for Koo.

Josh Downs, WR, IND: Shoulder — OUT
Impact: Michael Pittman Jr. will almost certainly see the majority of WR targets.

Ashton Dulin, WR, IND: Ankle — OUT
Impact: Adonai Mitchell and Anthony Gould could see some looks.

Alec Pierce, WR, IND: Foot — Active
Impact: He missed a few practices this week but is going to play.

Trevor Lawrence, QB, JAX: Shoulder — Active
Impact: He’s going to play, returning Mac Jones to the sideline.

J.K. Dobbins, RB, LAC: Knee — OUT/IR
Impact: The trio of Gus Edwards, Kimani Vidal and Hassan Haskins will attempt to pick up the slack.

Josh Oliver, TE, MIN: Wrist — OUT
Impact: Now there’s even less reason to doubt T.J. Hockenson.

DeMario Douglas, WR, NE: Ankle — Active
Impact: Limited in practice all week, but will play. K.J. Osborn is a healthy scratch.

Breece Hall, RB, NYJ: Knee — Active
Impact: Hall had said that he expected to be in the huddle for the Jets in this one.

Tyjae Spears, RB, TEN: Concussion — Active
Impact: Practiced on Thursday and Friday as he geared up to return to play.

Austin Ekeler, RB, WAS: Concussion — OUT/IR
Impact: Brian Robinson Jr. (ankle) was removed from the injury report. Jeremy McNichols will back him up.
