Marlena Velez is gonna get her TikTok content by any means necessary… even if it lands her in the slammer twice!!
The TikTok influencer finds herself in hot water yet again, facing serious legal repercussions for her recent antics. This time, Velez was arrested on Saturday, November 30, for a theft incident that occurred at a Cape Coral Target just days earlier, on November 20. In this latest escapade, she allegedly used a false barcode during self-checkout to swipe 16 items, including household goods and clothing, totaling $225.
This incident marks her second arrest within a short time frame, following a previous shoplifting charge at the same Target where she reportedly took $500 worth of merchandise on October 30. Interestingly, the police were able to connect Velez to both crimes through a combination of security footage and her own social media presence. Videos she posted on TikTok showcased elements of the earlier theft, effectively documenting her crime.

As investigators dug deeper into the November 20 case, they noted that surveillance footage featured not only Velez but also an accomplice—a man with a distinctive tattoo on his arm, which has been spotted in her TikTok videos. This connection further solidified their case against her.
Following her arrest, Velez was taken to the Lee County Jail, where she now faces additional charges for the theft.
