Britney Spears has reunited with her 18-year-old son Jayden Federline for Christmas, marking the first time she has seen her youngest son for the holidays in two years.

On Wednesday (December 25), 43-year-old Britney Spears posted to her Instagram account revealing that she had been reunited with her 18-year-old son Jayden James Federline for the first time in two years for Christmas. Note: According to PEOPLE, Britney Spears previously reunited with her 18-year-old son Jayden Federline last month, ahead of the Thanksgiving Holiday.
On her Instagram, Britney posted a video of herself and her youngest son. The short clip featured four smaller clips stitched together of Britney and Jayden out at dinner together. In one clip, Jayden then tells the camera, “Hello,” while standing next to his mother. Britney, with an accent, explains that she’s with her son Jayden, who she introduced to her followers by saying, “This is my baby.” The singer then gave her son a big wet kiss on his cheek.
In a clip that followed, Jayden tells the camera, “Hello,” again as his mother says, “Merry Christmas,” which he repeated back to her. In her caption, Britney wrote, “Best Christmas of my life!!! I haven’t seen my boys in 2 years!!! Tears of joy and literally in shock everyday koo koo crazy so in love and blessed!!! I’m speechless, thank you, Jesus!!!”
Britney Spears shares her 18-year-old son Jayden Federline and 19-year-old son Sean Preston Federline with her ex-husband Kevin Federline, from whom she filed divorced in 2006 after three years of marriage. In July 2007, Britney’s divorce with the former dancer and choreographer was finalized.
However, since then, their custody arrangements have varied over the years, and most recently, the boys were ordered to live with their father Kevin upon his moving to Hawaii in 2023. The court battle made headlines with Britney ultimately “consenting” to the move.
After moving from California to Hawaii in 2023 and living there for a year, a source told PEOPLE that Jayden Federline reunited with his mother Britney Spears last month, and since, the two have been hanging out in her home. The source said, “Spending time together has made her happy.”
