Diddy Hit With New Lawsuit • Hollywood Unlocked

Diddy is facing a lawsuit from another John Doe who claims that the music mogul drugged and assaulted him. According to a new report by Variety, attorney Tony Buzbee filed the suit in New York earlier today on behalf of the John Doe, who alleges the incident went down back in 2015.

This latest lawsuit involves a John Doe who had dreams of making it big as a rapper and singer. In 2015, the 23-year-old was set to open for a well-known artist at a string of Los Angeles clubs, including QC’s 20/20. Before hitting the stage at QC’s 20/20, he got word that Combs would be there, and if he impressed, there was a chance Combs might sign him to his label. Later that night, Doe hit up the afterparty in the back of the club, where the lawsuit claims a bunch of other famous entertainers were using drugs. One of Combs’ people handed him a drink, saying it was from Combs himself, and it didn’t take long for Doe to allegedly realize he had been drugged.

He found himself drifting in and out of consciousness, witnessing Combs and his crew engaging in group activities with other partygoers who “looked either drugged, unconscious, or like they were paid escorts.” Doe alleges that he found Combs groping him, and he believed that Combs had performed oral sex on him.

Once he came to, Doe attempted to push Combs away but was warned that resisting would jeopardize his music career. Allegedly, Combs told him he had to have sex with a woman, but Doe played it cool, pretending he needed to grab some water and use the bathroom. Taking advantage of the moment, he made a break for it, slipping out to the parking lot and speeding away.

it is worth noting that Variety reached out to Diddy’s legal team about these new allegations but they haven’t received a word back at the moment.

Combs is currently behind bars in a Brooklyn prison, waiting for his trial set for May on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. Just last week, prosecutors rolled out an updated indictment, revealing that he allegedly transported and aided three female victims—two more than what was mentioned before. They also backdated his racketeering charge to 2004, four years earlier than what was included in the initial indictment.
