Robinson has reportedly undergone an MRI scan as part of ongoing psychological assessments at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center, according to The Express Tribune. A spokesperson said the final results of the exams will determine the condition of Robinson’s mental health. As previously reported, concerns regarding her mental health emerged after her son said Robinson was allegedly known as mentally ill, and her ability to think and make decisions has been impaired.
He also said that he and his brother had tried to convince their mother to return to the United States, even booking her return ticket. However, she refused their offer and wanted to remain in Karachi. Robinson also demanded that the local government give her a weekly allowance of $5000 and citizenship so she could stay in the country. She initially traveled to Pakistan in October 2024, hoping to marry her alleged online boyfriend, 19-year-old Nidal Ahmed Memon. Still, his family interfered, and Memon broke off the relationship, leaving Robinson stranded at the airport.
Since her viral moment, another man has offered to marry Robinson and asked permission from his first wife, requiring Robinson to convert if she says yes. The case has left social media users questioning what will happen next in Robinson’s story as more details unfold about her life and why she refuses to leave Pakistan.
