According to The Independent, Mark Goldberg attempted to bury his late husband, David Goldberg, in one of the two vacant family plots at New Montefiore Cemetery. However, the cemetery’s administrator, Joy Margolis, allegedly denied his request, sparking allegations of discrimination and breach of contract.
Now, Mark Goldberg is taking legal action, seeking a court order that would allow his husband to be buried in the family plot. He is also demanding monetary damages for legal fees and emotional distress.
