Donald Trump Reacts To Rosie O’Donnell Moving To Ireland • Hollywood Unlocked

Rosie O’Donnell and Donald Trump’s beef has been brewing since way back, and now it looks like it’s hit a whole new level. The longtime Trump critic revealed she packed up and left the U.S. after he slid back into the Oval Office.

In a recent TikTok video, Rosie shared that she’s now living in Ireland and is working on getting her Irish citizenship. “It’s been pretty wonderful, I have to say,” she said. “And the people have been so loving, so kind and so welcoming. And I’m very grateful.”

She didn’t just leave on a whim, either. Rosie said she moved out on January 15 — five days before Trump officially took the reins again.

“Although I was someone who never thought I would move to another country, that’s what I decided would be the best for myself and my 12-year-old child,” she explained.

Donald Trump Reacts: “You’re Better Off Not Knowing Who She Is”

Of course, Trump had something to say when asked about Rosie’s move. While speaking from the Oval Office, a reporter threw him a wild curveball, asking, “Why in the world would you let Rosie O’Donnell move to Ireland?”

Trump, never one to bite his tongue, fired back with, “Do you know who she is? You’re better off not knowing.”

Talk about shade. But this is nothing new between them. Their feud goes way back to 2006 when Rosie clowned Trump on The View, criticizing his decision to let a Miss USA winner off the hook after some messy accusations around drug use and wild behavior. That moment lit the fuse on a feud that’s still burning nearly two decades later.

Rosie and Trump’s History: A Celebrity Clash That Just Won’t Quit

Rosie and Trump’s drama isn’t just political — it’s personal. What started on daytime TV turned into a full-blown celebrity feud that’s been headline gold ever since.

Back in ’06, Rosie called Trump a “snake-oil salesman” on national television, and he clapped back hard. He called her names, went off in interviews, and kept their beef alive every chance he got.

This ain’t just another celeb squabble either — it’s a real-life example of how politics and pop culture continue to collide. Rosie’s decision to bounce from the U.S. after Trump’s return says a lot. It’s about more than just the feud — it’s about making moves that protect your peace, your family, and your future.
