Cassie is claiming that Diddy accused her of having an “affair” with actor Michael B. Jordan, and she admits to having alleged “freak-offs” with Diddy while dating rapper Kid Cudi.
As we previously mentioned, actor Michael B. Jordan’s name has been dropped in the middle of Diddy’s federal sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy trial over Cassie. On Thursday (May 15), Diddy’s defense attorney Anna Estevao cross-examined his ex-girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura.
The singer testified that in 2015, Diddy suspected she was having an affair with Michael B. Jordan. The accusation arrived after she broke up with the Bad Boy Records founder while she was in South Africa filming a movie. Cassie told the court that she ended things with Diddy after learning he was seeing another woman. She said Diddy then accused her of leaving him for MBJ.
According to TMZ, Estevao — who’s been handling cross-examination of Cassie — did not continue examining the apparent relationship between Cassie and Michael B. Jordan. After Cassie’s “affair” comments, Estevao moved on to a different subject.

Cassie Alleges Diddy Blew Up Kid Cudi’s Car After Learning About Him And Her
On Thursday (May 15), Cassie also admitted in court that she continued to have alleged “freak-offs” with Diddy while dating rapper Kid Cudi, according to TMZ. During cross-examination, she said she was dating Cudi in 2011 while on a break from Diddy.
However, she was still seeing Diddy to participate in his alleged “freak-offs.” When asked why, she simply explained that the sex sessions were her “job.”
Cassie told the jury that while she believed they were on a break, she didn’t know if Diddy acknowledged it. Therefore, she would use a burner phone to contact Kid Cudi. She didn’t want Diddy to find out about their relationship, fearing it could be “too dangerous.”
On Wednesday (May 14), Cassie previously testified that Diddy eventually found out about her relationship with Kid Cudi. She said he went through her phone during an alleged “freak-off.” During cross-examination on Wednesday, the singer also alleged that Diddy threatened and assaulted her over her Cudi relationship. She further alleged that Diddy had Kid Cudi’s car blown up. She also alleged that Diddy wanted Cudi’s friends to see the explosion.
Cassie made the same claims in her $30 million November 2023 lawsuit against Diddy — which she said she settled for $20 million within 24 hours of filing. The same one she referenced Michael B. Jordan in. In her lawsuit, she claimed that during a 2015 break from Diddy, she “began a flirtatious relationship with an actor.”
CNN later reported the unnamed actor was MBJ. Cassie also alleged in the suit that she spent New Year’s Eve with the actor, and when Diddy found out, he called Michael B. Jordan and threatened him.
