Chance the Rapper has worked out a divorce agreement with Kirsten Corley, officially wrapping up their nearly six-year marriage.
According to a new report from TMZ, the couple told the court they’ve come to terms to wrap up their divorce. Corley labeled the marriage as “irretrievably broken” in the filings, mentioning that she and the Grammy-winning artist haven’t been together for over six months.
While the specifics of the settlement are still under wraps, Corley affirmed that she went through the agreement and considers it fair and balanced. The divorce will be officially wrapped up once a judge gives the green light to the agreement.
As we previously reported, in April of 2024, Chance and Kirsten announced their split on Instagram.
In a joint statement, they wrote, “After a period of separation, the two of us have arrived at the decision to part ways. We came to this decision amicably and with gratitude for the same time we spent together. God has blessed us with two beautiful daughters who we will continue to raise together.”

“We kindly ask for privacy and respect as we navigate this transition. Thank you,” they went on.
In 2019, they tied the knot at the Pelican Hill resort in Newport Beach, California—an iconic spot for a memorable celebration.
Among the VIPs at the ceremony were heavyweights like Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, and Dave Chappelle, turning it into a star-studded affair.
Chance popped the question to Kirsten during a backyard BBQ on the Fourth of July in 2018. He took to Twitter to share the news, simply saying, “She said yes.”
