Diddy is now facing another sexual assault lawsuit from a Jane Doe who claims she was underage at the time of the alleged incident.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, this unnamed woman is taking Diddy and two other individuals, who she says were with him, to court. She states that back in 2000, when she was just 16, she crossed paths with Diddy and two of his associates in an SUV after finishing a babysitting gig in Manhattan.
They offered her a ride home, and after some pressure from Diddy, she reluctantly accepted. In her lawsuit, she describes feeling frightened when they didn’t take her home as promised. She claims Diddy handed her a drink to help calm her nerves, which left her feeling groggy. From there, she says they took her to a different location where Diddy allegedly raped her, and she was later abandoned in the lobby of her own building.

She’s suing for damages that haven’t been specified, citing ongoing financial struggles, physical injuries, pain, and serious emotional distress.
Right now, Diddy is facing serious charges at MDC Brooklyn, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking through force, fraud, or coercion, and transporting individuals for prostitution. He’s denied all allegations, with his trial set to kick off in May.
Diddy’s legal team hit back at these new allegations and said; “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
