Marcus Jordan pleaded not guilty in his DUI case on Friday, according to TMZ Sports.
As we previously reported, Michael Jordan’s son is dealing with three charges after his encounter with the police earlier this week—DUI with property damage, possession of cocaine, and resisting an officer without violence. Jordan reportedly got his Lamborghini SUV stuck on train tracks early Tuesday morning after a night out in Florida. When the cops showed up, they said he was showing signs of being intoxicated.

Body cam footage obtained by TMZ Sports caught Jordan dropping his father’s name during the incident, but the cops weren’t having it. He ended up getting cuffed and taken to a DUI testing facility.

Once they arrived, the cops noted that Jordan was acting like a bit of a loudmouth and even threw out some music requests, asking them to “play some Mariah Carey up in this b****.”
Although Jordan hasn’t shared his side of the story yet, he did take a moment to thank all his supporters who reached out after his arrest. He’s set to return to court in March.
