Caught Slippin’: Man Arrested After He Was Caught Placing Crazy Glue in Coworkers Drink
A wild situation unfolded at the Wisconsin State Fair grounds last week when a Milwaukee man was arrested after he was caught placing crazy glue in his coworker’s soda.
According to reports, Joseph R. Ross is now facing serious charges after one of his coworkers suspected something strange was going on. That coworker, identified as JH, said she noticed a strong chemical smell and taste coming from her drink—and immediately felt sick after sipping it.
“JH was made aware of the contamination due to the strong chemical smell and taste. JH stated that upon consumption of those beverages, she became ill. Moreover, JH did not consent to anyone placing anything in her drink,”

After JH suspected something was wrong with her soda, she decided to take matters into her own hands. On March 20, she set up a surveillance camera at her desk to find out once and for all if someone was messing with her drinks. What the footage showed left no room for doubt.
The camera reportedly captured Joseph R. Ross walking up to her open can of soda, holding what appeared to be a brown and orange tube—later confirmed to be Gorilla Brand Super Glue. Ross was wearing gloves during the act and was seen disposing of them right after.
When officers later arrested Ross and searched his office, they found those exact gloves—and a container of the same glue used in the crime.
Felony Charges Filed for Placing Foreign Objects in Edibles
Ross didn’t just get caught—he also reportedly confessed to the crime during his arrest. As a result, authorities have charged him with one felony count of placing foreign objects in edibles.
There’s no word yet on Ross’s legal representation or upcoming court dates, but the arrest has made waves across Milwaukee and beyond. The Wisconsin State Fair grounds have not issued an official statement.
