Spence was booked into Fulton County Jail on Tuesday and charged with transmitting a false public alarm. According to Atlanta Police, her call led officers to a chaotic scene on William Nye Drive SE in Lakewood Heights on March 28, where 39-year-old Kenneth Bailey—better known to the world as Young Scooter—tragically lost his life.
Spence is scheduled to appear in Fulton County court on Wednesday around noon. As of now, no further charges have been added to her case.

According to Atlanta PD, the 911 call was wild from the jump. Spence allegedly told dispatchers there were armed men at the home, a naked woman being dragged inside, and even claimed gunshots were fired—with a child possibly caught in the mix.
