New details reveal that the male escort who — testified in Diddy’s sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy case in New York City on Monday (May 12) — alleges that Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, 38, initiated the urination act we previously reported on.
Earlier today, we shared that prosecutors claimed that 55-year-old Diddy, born Sean Combs, allegedly made a sex worker, Daniel Phillip, urinate on Cassie and in her mouth during an alleged “freak-off.”
Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson claimed that Cassie “felt like she was choking” when Diddy allegedly made an escort urinate in her mouth. Over time, she learned that defying the mogul would lead to violence. Johnson said eventually the singer “knew she had no choice but to agree” to the disturbing acts, which she was often asked to arrange herself.

Later, taking the stand, Phillip detailed alleged sexual instructions provided by Diddy. He described how the mogul directed him to engage with Cassie, including role-playing scenarios and specific sex acts—like urination. He also claims Diddy would offer drugs, which he declined. Phillip further claimed that Diddy paid him thousands of dollars for the sex sessions.
He further claimed that sometimes he wouldn’t receive a dime if he couldn’t perform up to Diddy’s standards or get an erection. In that case, Philip said he couldn’t get erect after watching Diddy allegedly beat Cassie in her home. Despite everything, he said, “I was excited that I was just in this world and be involved with people with such notoriety.”

Detailing an alleged incident, Phillip said, “One time, he tried getting us to role-play like we just met at an airport. We were not very good at that at all, so I think we skipped past that one very quickly.” While speaking on A.U.S.A Johnson’s urination claims, Philip testified:
“So Cassie was actually the one who asked me to urinate on her. They had just come out of the room, and she had asked me if I had ever done that before, and I said no. She told me to do it, and apparently I was doing it wrong because they both stopped me and told me I was supposed to let a little out and not take a leak on her. That was just one time they asked me to do that.”
Phillip alleged that Diddy “was masturbating” as he urinated on Cassie. He said, “He was always sitting in the corner masturbating and occasionally, he would tell me to step off and back off because he was going to get some. … And I would be sitting in the corner watching.”
