Vice President JD Vance is slamming former President Joe Biden after revealing his prostate cancer diagnosis, while Donald Trump Jr. calls out Dr. Jill Biden (PhD, not MD) and alleges there’s a “coverup” in play.
On Sunday (May 18), Biden’s personal office announced his cancer diagnosis. Donald Trump released a statement on Truth Social, stating, “We wish Joe a fast and successful recovery.” Joe Biden and his wife Jill Biden later thanked everyone for the “love and support.”
On Monday (May 19), Trump again spoke about Biden’s diagnosis and said he was “surprised the public wasn’t notified a long time ago.” Joining Donald Trump’s queries about Joe Biden’s diagnosis were his VP, JD Vance, and son, Donald Trump Jr.

On Monday, Vance told reporters on Air Force Two, during his return from Rome, that Biden’s diagnosis should make people want to ask more questions about whether he was fit for the presidency during his time in the White House. Vance told reporters that his concerns go beyond policy or politics. He explained:
“Whether the right time to have this conversation is now or at some point in the future, we really do need to be honest about whether the former president was capable of doing the job. You can separate the desire for him to have the right health outcome with a recognition that, whether it was doctors or whether there were staffers around the former president, I don’t think he was able to do a good job for the American people.”

Donald Trump Jr. Calls Out Dr. Jill Biden And Questions Joe Biden’s Prostate Cancer Diagnosis
Meanwhile, Donald Trump Jr. came for Jill Biden and also questioned who was running the White House, if Joe Biden has been sick with prostate cancer? On Sunday (May 18), Trump Jr. took to X posted an initial tweet with an image of news article.
It read, “BREAKING: Joe Biden has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. Politics aside, we wish him a speedy recovery” Trump Jr. captioned the post, “Agreed 100%.” Trump Jr. then said: “What I want to know is how did Dr. Jill Biden miss stage five metastatic cancer or is this yet another coverup???”
He posed the question while sharing a photo of another tweet stating how easy it is to diagnose prostate cancer. Another user replied to him and said, “This is an effort to push the fact Biden was running the country as a vegetable under the rug..” Trump Jr. agreed, “Without question.” In another post, he said:
“Joe says he had cancer 2 years ago & everyone said it’s a gaffe. When he clearly had dementia, everyone said he’s lucid. Now that he’s no longer useful they’re all shocked that they missed it. Everyone was in on the cover-up! Who was running the country? We need accountability!”
He accompanied the questions with a video from another user sharing a video of Biden appearing to claim he had cancer “over two years ago.” In another post, Trump Jr. clapped back at a social user reminding him that there is a different between PhD and MD, regarding his tweet about Dr. Jill Biden. He fired off:
“I sometimes forget that part of the mental disorder of leftism is an inability to understand sarcasm. So for the confused libs out there, I’m well aware that Jill Biden is a fake doctor, not a real one…Unlike the Dems who were calling for her to be Surgeon General in 2020.”
Trump Jr. also attached a link from ‘The Hill’ that reported on Whoopi Goldberg accidentally pitching Hill Biden as surgeon general.
