Zion Williamson Hit with Shocking Civil Lawsuit — Ex-Girlfriend Claims Rape, Threats, and Psychological Abuse

New Orleans Pelicans forward Zion Williamson is under serious fire after a civil lawsuit dropped Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court — accusing him of two rapes and years of alleged abuse, threats, and stalking behavior.

According to the filing, the woman behind the lawsuit is going by “Jane Doe” and claims she and Zion were romantically involved from 2018 — back when he was still ballin’ at Duke — all the way through June 2023.

She’s not just calling him out for being controlling — she’s straight-up accusing the NBA star of physically restraining her, sexually assaulting her on two separate occasions, threatening her life, and even sending goons after her family.

“He Pinned Me Down”: Doe Alleges Two Violent Rapes by Zion Williamson

The court docs are disturbing, to say the least. Jane Doe claims the first alleged rape went down in September 2020. She says Zion invited her to his Beverly Hills crib. When she arrived, he wasn’t there. Hours later, he allegedly pulled up and things escalated quick.

According to the lawsuit, “He demanded sex. I said no. That’s when he pinned me down, held my hands behind my back, and raped me.”

The second alleged assault happened roughly a month later. This time, Doe says things got violent after Zion got mad when she planned a trip to San Diego.

“He started breaking things in the room, yelling, and then he threw me down and raped me again,” the lawsuit says. Afterward, Doe claims he confiscated her phone and laptop — allegedly to stop her from contacting anyone, especially the cops.

Allegations Include Death Threats, Surveillance, and Manipulation

What makes this case even wilder is what Jane Doe says happened after the alleged sexual assaults. Between 2020 and 2023, she claims Zion was in full stalker mode.

She says he was going through her belongings without consent, tracking her location, and constantly blowing up her phone — allegedly demanding to know who she was with and where she was.

In one of the darkest parts of the complaint, Doe claims Zion threatened her life multiple times. “He told me he’d have his security guard shoot me in the head. He even sent that man after my parents,” she stated in the filing.

The lawsuit paints a picture of a woman who felt trapped, manipulated, and terrified for years — all while her alleged abuser was becoming an NBA superstar.

Zion Williamson’s Legal Team Responds — Calls Claims “Exploitative”

Zion’s legal camp didn’t waste time firing back. On Friday, his attorneys issued a fiery statement denying everything and claiming Doe is trying to “exploit a professional athlete.”

“This was a consensual, casual relationship. Nothing more,” the statement read. “Zion has already reported this woman’s extortion attempts to law enforcement, and we will be filing a counterclaim immediately.”

The New Orleans Pelicans, meanwhile, are staying quiet. A team rep said they’re deferring all questions to Williamson’s legal team.

While the court battle is just beginning, this civil case has already sent shockwaves through both the sports world and the streets of social media. Fans and critics alike are watching to see what happens next.
