Penland also spoke about a stay at the InterContinental Hotel in Times Square and claimed that the person who checked in was listed as “Frank Black”—a fake name Diddy allegedly used often. That penthouse stay racked up a damage charge of $46,786, again slapped onto Diddy’s AmEx.
What’s wild is how “Frank Black” kept popping up across hotel bookings nationwide. According to prior witnesses, it was Diddy’s go-to alias whenever he wanted to stay lowkey but keep the luxury high-end.
They even dropped hotel expenses in Riverhead, Long Island—out in the Hamptons—into the court record. The pattern was too loud to ignore.
